We have too many mentally ill people that have fallen victim to rape, molestation, abuse, addiction, neglect, broken homes, alcohol, drugs, and all this crap.
I'm sick of living in a society where there is no health care designed to really care for an individual! These chronically messed up people need a case worker that can manage their entire health recovery process!
