Do not ever ever ever abuse a child! I see these parents whipping their kids in the supermarkets and here's the deal, you screwed up parents... START ASKING PEOPLE WHO HAVE RAISED FUNCTIONAL KIDS WHAT THEY DID WHEN IT COMES TO DISCIPLINE. Don't go to your drunken bar friends for advice, cause they're probably hurting their kids the same way. Get a clue! You look like a fool in public and you're really hurting your child. Do you get it yet? YOU - ARE - HURTING - YOUR - CHILD! A young person, not capable of standing up for themselves, one who looks to YOU for support and care! If you want to CONTROL something, CONTROL yourself from this very WRONG behavior.
