I'm pissed that my fiance suffers from some mental illness and she's supposed to be getting help from the "system" and at sound mental health and others involved, but these agencies are revolving door operations because of, in my opinion, lack of funds, lack of quality time spent with each client, throwing too many prescribed drugs at the individuals without 'really' watching their reactions. It's just insanity. What happened to the times when a doctor 'cared' for his patients? The other day someone who was raised in England explained to me that each individual gets 'a family doctor' who manages the individual, and if a specialist is needed, the 'family doctor' finds the specialist, but the 'family doctor' always manages the individuals health... FOR LIFE! The US health care system is screwed up, especially when it comes to dealing with out MENTALLY ILL or those who CANNOT ADVOCATE FOR THEMSELVES. This really gets me angry!
